Who are ArtworkRework.com?
ArtworkRework.com is the online trading name of Wilson Multiplex. We are well established business owned and operated from the UK in Lancashire.
Why should I use you?
Because we are fast and efficient. It's what we do all day, every day - leaving you to spend your time more effectively growing your business. You only pay for the work that we do so it works out cheaper than employing your own artwork designers.
What does it cost?
Each job is charged on a individual basis, but we are inexpensive. The vast majority of our jobs cost less than £20. If you need a price simply email us with your file and requirements.
How do I send a job?
Simply email the file, with your instructions to sales@artworkrework.com. We will confirm receipt and get underway.
How do I pay?
The vast majority of our customers are trade credit account customers, but if you have a one off requirement you can pay via Paypal Me.
How long does it take to complete a job?
This does depend on the complexity of the job, but we look to return most jobs within 24 hours of receipt. If you have a shorter deadline requirement than this, we can usually accommodate.
I can't find a job type that matches my requirement?
If you cant find a job type that matches your needs, then just enquire -we are likley to be able to help. We will then send a quote for the job. Once we receive the go ahead we will proceed with your order in the usual way.
What file formats do you supply artwork in?
We accept almost any file format to work from and can deliver the final file as per your requirement. The most common formats however are Corel Draw (CDR) and Adobe Illustrator (AI & EPS) for vector artwork and DST and EMB files for embroidery digitisng. We always send a PDF file for viewing purposes.
Can I amend the work you have done?
We are happy to make changes to original requests, free of charge, within reason. If the changes amount to a significant design change there may be an addditional fee, but this would be confirmed in advance.
I already have an in-house studio, why do I need you?
A lot of our customers already have their own facility but still use us for holiday and illness cover, and to take the strain in busy periods.
I don't want to employ my own in-house artitst?
Then we are the ideal solution! Use us as your artwork partner. You only pay for the work that is done and we have the capacity to cover all your needs.
What if I get a job manufactured using your artwork and it is wrong?
All artwork is supplied for approval. It is important that you thoroughly check artwork before manufacture as misunderstanding can occur. We cannot be held responsible for mistakes or losses that incur.
